The modes
The same software serves the plant weighing aggregates and the terminal weighing containers, the operator in the cabin and the driver at the kiosk, the office and the customer who wants his tickets.
Weighing for plants, quarries, depots and cooperatives: tractor and trailer with their tares, haulier, customer or supplier, material. With the tare on file, one pass is enough.
For terminals and port forwarders: the container with its tare, the seal, the forwarder, the fuel weight. The software works out the verified gross mass required by SOLAS and the net-net weight.
The camera reads the plate, the booked trip fills in the data, the driver confirms at the kiosk, from the phone with the QR or with the badge. The software weighs, prints, certifies and opens the barrier; anomalies go to the operator.
The customer sees only his weighings, downloads the PDFs, exports to Excel and books entries. Every ticket carries a QR: whoever scans it reads the public verification, with no login.
The screens
Every screen is a page of the new program, with invented data. Scrolling the list, the screen you are reading about appears on the left, with three related pages.
Live weight with stability and alibi, the two cameras, the vehicle with its tares, the parties, the three weights. At the bottom the buttons that matter: first weight, second weight, cancel.
Container with tare, seal, forwarder, «container not on board», fuel weight: the software works out V.G.M. and net-net and prints them with the net.
Vehicles that entered and have not left yet, with the two entry photos alongside; double-click and the plate goes back to the synoptic for the second weight.
The weighbridge register: dates, serial number, vehicle, parties, the three weights, the gates, the four photos and the certification status. Search by period and party, reports, Excel.
Tractors and trailers with tare, type, capacity and expiry dates; hauliers with the licence; customers with four e-mail addresses; materials, containers, forwarders, operators.

The setup
Scales, cameras and printers stay as they are; the software sits on a server in the company and workstations open the browser. Traffic light and barrier are added with an input/output module.
Two weighing terminals, A and B, DINI Argeo or Bilanciai also dual-channel, on serial or network, with fiscal memory, repeater displays and a Demo mode for training.
OCR camera for the plate, IP camera for the vehicle, webcam for the document, Windows or EPSON ticket printer, signature pad, traffic light and barrier on the I/O module.
One server in the company, even the cabin PC: Windows service, SQL Server, HTTPS with certificate, nightly backup, updates in one place.
PC in the cabin and in the office, tablet on the yard, kiosk at the gate, phone for whoever moves around: all open the same page, with nothing to install and no workstation count.
Tickets by e-mail and WhatsApp, weighing certification, customer portal with bookings, export to the ERP and API for the company's programs.

The test bench reads the real instruments; the cameras are aimed; the first test ticket is printed and the e-mail is checked.
Old and new in parallel for a few days, then go-live on a set date, with us in the cabin; support continues remotely.
